Victoria Taylor is a governance, strategy and engagement specialist in agriculture with demonstrated experience working across complex, contested and dynamic policy environments with diverse stakeholders. Her executive career has been in service of building prosperous and resilient agricultural industries, with a focus on the right research and policy settings for sectors to thrive. She is currently Head of Sector Building at Cellular Agriculture Australia (p/t) and a former Executive Officer of the

National Horticulture Research Network and Executive Director of the Ricegrowers’ Association of Australia. Victoria also sits on boards where she brings a particular strength in leading public-private governance models, where regulation, accountability and transparency operate in a customer service environment. Victoria is Chair of the Board of the Agrifood Innovation Institute at The Australian National University, Deputy Chair of Horticulture Innovation Australia, a Non-Executive Director of WaterNSW, and a member of the Rice Marketing Board for the State of NSW. She is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course and holds a Graduate Certificate in Water Policy and Governance from Charles Sturt University.
