Rob Gordon recently retired as Group Chief Executive Officer of SunRice, an ASX-listed, global food business and one of Australia’s leading branded food exporters. Today SunRice is one of the world’s largest rice food companies, comprising multiple businesses, assets and operations across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, the United States, the Pacific Islands and Asia.
Rob’s executive career has spanned forty years in the Food
and Agriculture sectors including more than 25 years in CEO and Managing Director roles for companies including SunRice, Viterra, Dairy Farmers, and Goodman Fielder.
Rob has been a Non-Executive Director of the Inghams Group since 2019, Chairs the Risk and Sustainability sub-Committee and is a Member of the Finance and Audit Committee. Rob is also a member of Rabobank’s Agribusiness Advisory Board.
Rob was formerly a Director and Deputy Chair of the Australian Food and Grocery Council (AFGC), an Advisory Board Member for Gresham Private Equity and a Governor of the World Wildlife Fund.
